The bakery specializes in long-fermentation sourdough made without commercial yeast or preservatives, alongside gluten-free Brazilian cheese bread crafted with premium ingredients. Each loaf undergoes up to 48 hours of fermentation, enhancing flavor while supporting digestibility.
